10 mL (5 mL min.) aliquot of random Urine in a sterile screw capped container. Ship refrigerated. DO NOT FREEZE.
Usage
This test is conducted in patients with significant hematuria (5 RBC /HPF or more). Test is positive if the RBC’s show crenation, distortion and bleb formation.
