Usage
Colonization with H.pylori is associated with increased risk of developing gastritis, peptic ulcer disease and gastric malignancies. Antibodies IgG and IgA provide higher sensitivity than either test alone. Antibody titres may be elevated for years in infected individuals. Following treatment, values generally decrease, but may not become undetectable.
