Usage
HE4 is the tumor marker of choice with high specificity than CA 125 in Ovarian cancer. To improve sensitivity and specificity, an algorithm, ROMA, using both CA125 & HE4 has been suggested to indicate risk of Ovarian malignancy in patients presenting with abdominal masses.
